Accidentally deleted the cover

Well, I accidentally delted the cover of my book in ibooks author and when I preview it, there's a generic cover with no title - well just the latin script, and I can;t work out how to get it back and I'd really hate to start over.

Any suggestions for my bizarre predicament?
