Issues with some keys on my keyboard

Hello,

I've just bought a keyboard "Design touch for Mac" from Mobility Lab to go with my MacMini. I have however the following issues:

- the backspace key deletes letters on its right (and not on its left as usual),

- the arrow keys don't work at all! Neither in a text nor as a scroll tool on internet.

Before that I had a Mac keyboard in Icelandic but now I have a French keyboard, I have made changes about region and language but maybe I forgot to change something...

The keyboard settings also can be customized in System preferences - keyboard.

Hello Ella!

I had tried to go to the System preferences, to no avail... But the link you sent talked about unplugging and re-plugging the keyboard and it worked!! 🙂 It was so simple I didn't think of that, shame on me 😝
