Hourly chime on Apple Watch...a strange thing

Hi all

as you know, the hourly chime is an useful, but missing function on Apple Watch. I use a thirdy part app to have something similar on my Apple Watch, but occasionally i check on the web to see if there are some news about this issue in the new firmware upgrades.
Well...although i did *not* read anything new for the forthcoming 3.0 version, i found a link on Youtube containing the sound (*only* the sound) of the hourly chime of Apple Watch, published July 6 by an user called "Apple Database" that doesn't seem so far from an official profile.

Is there anyone with a logical (or documented) reason ?
