Temporary Unavailable...Help!

Not very tech savy so the simple answers are the best!

I purchased a imac off work. I formatted (factory reset?) it and now when I try to start it up again, it tells me it needs to reinstall Yosemite and when I try to do this, I get an error message saying "this item is temporary unavailable"?

Some help would be appreciated. Simple instructions would be great!
