I got a new Iphone and I am now trying to set up my new phone with my Icloud. When I put in my Apple ID and password I am able to select from which Icloud I want to download onto this phone. Then I am asked to enter the password for the Apple ID I use to make purchases. The issues the Apple ID which is in bold and I can not change is not the Apple ID I use. The Apple ID in bold has an extra number in the ID. When I go to forgot password it makes me change the password to my Apple ID and not the ID in bold which I do not use. When I go online to rest the password in for the ID in bold, I am told that the Apple ID does not exists. How do I change this so I am able to download my Icloud to my new phone.
On your new phone, tap the grey SETTINGS icon, then select ICLOUD. At the bottom of the page, sign out and then sign back in with the correct Apple ID and password.
