I am on Apple Music v1.1.1. Since two days ago, the radio section is completely blank. I tried force stop on the app and when it didnt work, tried restarting my phone which also didnt work.Other parts of the app work normally. I have attached a screenshot.
I found a temporary workaround but it's highly unreliable in lasting.
Sign out of the app (yes it'll clear all your downloaded songs). When greeted with the Intro page there are three options. Join apple music, Not now and sign in. Choose Not now. You be in the app with the menu accessible and you can select Radio. The page now loads. Now you may go ahead and sign in and the page stays there.
But there are two problems. It doesn't show the history of your activity as it it still the page from the sign out mode. Secondly the page may default back to not working if you force close the app, restart the device or happen to even clear the Apple music app from the Android recent apps page.
Your mileage may vary on how long it lasts and you'll be back to the sign-off option in case you need to restore the radio, albeit at the cost of your offline music getting erased everytime.
Would appreciate if anyone has found a solution to this and posts here. I tried on 3 Android devices and the same exact result. Happens in Vegas 1.1.2 also. Contacted Apple Chat (didn't have much luck with them) and support mail. If I get an update will update here.
I have this same problem. Did you contact support? Did they come up with some solution?
No replies from Apple support. But the new version rolled out this week 1.2.0 (355) seems to have fixed it.
