Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. I know how important getting your pictures working again is to you! The good news is the following steps and articles will be helpful in troubleshooting your issue and getting your pictures working again.
1. First, restart your device as the shut down and start up process is important to keep the iOS software running properly:

2. Next backup your personal data and then reset all settings on your iPhone and test the issue again. Now, don’t worry, this will not affect any of your content. All of your contacts, pictures, music, and other stuff is all safe. What it will do is reset your custom settings back to the factory defaults. So, background pictures, sounds, fingerprints and stuff like that will have to be set back up again.
