OS X 10.11.6 freeze and reboot

Hey Slaytanic_it,

Having your iMac randomly freezing and restarting could be many things.

I would try the steps in the article Try safe mode if your Mac doesn‘t finish starting up.

If the issue does not happen while in Safe Mode it would indicate the issue is caused buy a third party log in item. This article will help you troubleshoot that:

Install 10.11.4 and don't let it upgrade you until they fix this.

Same issue here....mine just grey screens.

Tried twice install now and have decided to revert to 10.11.5 via Time Machine backup until they sort this!
