    Hello exonix,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand from your post that you are having a problem setting up your VPN. I recommend trying to import your VPN settings following the steps before from this article:

OS X El Capitan: Set up a connection to a virtual private network

If you have a VPN settings file

Double-click the file to open Network preferences and automatically import the settings. If double-clicking the file doesn’t open Network preferences, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Network, click the Action pop-up menu , then choose Import Configurations. Select the file, then click Import.

    Best Regards

    Hello braden85,

i don't have any configuration file.

please, be attentive. I have a problem with paragraph 5:

    5. Click Authentication Settings, then enter the information you received from the network administrator.

i enter PSK and choose a certificate. but when click OK - a certificate disappears.
