I have a first generation 160GB Apple TV and I am using an iMac running OSX El Capitan. In the last few months my Apple TV has stopped recognising my Apple ID. I have reset it to factory settings and since then it is able to show and play previously downloaded content, however I can no longer see any available new content on the iTunes store. The other issue is that the Apple TV device is constantly hot to the touch. What else can I do to resolve this issue?
