We're just users like you. Have you tried clearing Safari history and website data?

Clear the history & website data as already mentioned via the Settings > Safari.

Disable any content blockers in Settings > Content blockers.

Safari web settings on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

    Reboot your device.

Try another internet connection e.g. does it happen on wifi & cellular data, try other wifi networks if possible?

Try another browser - grab Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Dolphin or any other browser from the App store & retest. Let us know if they do the same thing.

You can also backup the device to iCloud or iTunes & erase & restore it. iTunes is fastest if you have a Mac/ PC to sync with. It is best to erase the device, test Safari then restore your backup & retest. That can indicate if the issue is with your data. Restoring can take many hours so be prepared to wait.

If you cannot do this backup the device & visit an Applestore for a genius appointment. They may want to erase the device as a test, so be sure to have a recent backup.
