ApplicationsHi,
There can be many reasons:-
The Mac's Serial Number being missing,
The Ethernet port not being numbered en0,
Your Apple id used for iCloud and iMessages being suspended and so on.
What have your tried so far ?
Does the ID works with other Apps ?
Does it work if you login to another Mac User on your Mac ?
