Q: Trying to send imovie project files

How can i send imovie project files so someone else in another location can open it and make edits?  I'm working in 10.1.2

This is not a straightforward as is seems.  You would have to send them a complete library and they have to be using the exact same version of iMovie.  To make the library small you could create a new library containing just the project you want them to work on and required events.  If the project uses any clips from your other Apple apps like Photos you need to consolidate media in the library before sending.  See:  http://help.apple.com/imovie/mac/10.1/#/mov882dee351
