Overview/remove unnecessary accounts

Hello,

is there anyway you can see an overview of the accounts you have been registrating/using and now want to delete?
And if so how do you delete an unwanted account. Recently I have been making 2/3 extra accounts and I am not sure what they are anymore and I want them removed.

I recovered 2 e-mails of the accounts I want deleted if that helps.
