Which model iMac do you have?

That OS was a test beta OS for non-Intel Macs. If you have a non-Intel iMac, you posted in the wrong forum as this area is for Intel iMacs. Please advise so I can request the HOSTS to move your post to the proper forum area.

See my first bolded question in this post.

the Mac OS is the Mac OS X 10.5 Yosemite .

Not according to the screenshot. It shows you are currently using Lion OS 10.7.5.

FWIW, OS 10.5 is not Yosemite. OS 10.5 is Leopard. OS 10.10 is Yosemite.

Anywho, you will need to reinstall the OS from the DVD that originally came w/your computer. According to KB Article OS X versions and builds included with Mac computers - Apple Support, your 2009 iMac came w/either OS 10.5.6 or OS 10.6. Suggest you install the combo update for OS 10.7.5: Download OS X Lion Update(Client Combo) 10.7.5

I noticed Chinese language on your screenshot. Apple does have a Chinese forum.

The original discs are machine specific. Reason why you need them. Backup disc will not work.

You can get replacement System Install & Restore CD/DVDs from Apple's Customer Support - in the US, (800) 767-2775 - for a nominal S&H fee. You'll need to have the model and/or serial number of your Mac available.

Since you're not in the US, you may need to go through the regional Apple Store that serves your location to find the contact number. Here's a list of links to all of those - http://store.apple.com/Catalog/US/Images/intlstoreroutingpage.html Another resource: International Support Phone #s.

should I consider pay for someone to fix it?

YUP!
