Conditional formatting based on another cell

Hi, Let's say I have a simple tracker as follows:

Column A: Task

Column B: Completion Date

Column C: % Completion

I want The entire row to get highlighted in green if I enter 100% in column C. I know how to use conditional formatting rules to make cells in column C go green, but how to make other cells in the same row also go green automatically when the task is marked as complete?

Similarly, I want the entire row to go red when (a) Current date is beyond the completion date AND (b) % completion is < 100%

Kindly help, thanks in advance.

Regards,

Krishna.
