It appears that there is no online chat option and according to the ordering info, I have to designate another person to pick up the iPhone7, but could not include on form. Have been on hold 2 hr, still on hold. Have asked call backs multiple times without phone ringing or person on other end hangs up, mulltiple times, by my count 9 now. probably won't try again. This appears to be a simple question, but virtually impossible to receive an answer or call back in any timely manner.
