Replacement of iPhone 6/6s under applecare.

Now that Apple is no longer making a 16 GB 6/6s iPhone, will customers who need to replace their 16GB 6/6s under applecare+ receive a 32GB model?

Very unlikely.

I would imagine that they have plenty of service units.
