Q: Apple Upgrade Program

I have an iPhone 6S on the Apple Upgrade Program. When I went to preorder my phone early this morning, it told me I was not enrolled when I entered my serial # and last four of the IMEI #. Obviously I'm not getting through to Apple right now because of the high call volume. I just don't want to have an issue when I go to reserve my phone on Sept 17th.

I understand that it is user to user. I apologize for not being more clear.

My questions is are there any suggestions on how to fix this? Especially since it seems virtually impossible to reach Apple right now.
