Try to get latest printer driver for Mac OS X and install it, if it works.
Were you able to update the El Capitan OS X to the last or most recent
version step 10.11.6(?) ~This may be most helpful, to try & do that first.
Also there was this item, which appears to be firmware update from Kodak
brand support, for their all-in-one printer, for Macintosh systems. (Windows
systems, shows there is a later version support update; than this for Mac.)

{Given certain brands may break with supporting later system update/upgrades
it may be time (near future) to look into those who are on track to support Sierra.}
Since I've no idea what you've tried before asking, this is to ask; if you've updated
the El Capitan to last available version, and if you've tried this Kodak update.
My results - obtained by separate search using: Google, Kodak part & update driver.
https://www.google.com/search?q=kodak+esp+3250+drivers+mac+10.11.6
All of which was done, with the search & reply windows open & ready.
Good luck! 🙂
