Screen displays "red lightning" on boot

Lately on boot up, for just a 10th of a second or so, I see what looks like "red lightning" show up on the screen, every thing else is normal, the on board diagnostics show no problem and the laptop works fine.

Mac PRO Retina Early 2015 13 inch running EL CAPITAN

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10)
