whatsapp/msg got no notifcation ring
If your notification settings in your phone settings are correct, try checking your notification Setting within whatsapp
whatsapp setting also correct already enable, fyi even play video also got no sound.
Check the mute switch on the side of the phone.

If you are not receiving any sounds, then you need to troubleshoot that issue. Is Do Not Disturb on? If you receive a call, will the phone ring? If not, then you need to troubleshoot all sounds.
rcv call ok got ring but others like video, whatsapp & msg notification got no sound.

Do you get mail sounds? Is this just message and whatsapp? Then you cannot hear a video being played? From what are you trying to play this video? You need to go into everything that has a sound issue, check the setting, turn the notification off and back on again, and then test.
I'm guessing that you are saying you are receiving and hearing the phone ring when you say "rcv".
i even play download video from Video Downloader apps...the video got no sounds too...all notification aslo got no sound except rcv call.
funny things, when i put on ear piece then all working via ear piece.
While the phone is unlocked, if you unplug the earphone and use the volume controls on the side of the device, does it display Ringer on the screen with the volume control, or headphones?
when unplug the earphone, the +/- volume doesn't works. but when earphone plugin the +/- volume works.
Okay, then we have identified the issue. First try a reset. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and release. Test the volume again. If that does not work, and I'm not sure that it will, as I've seen this on several iPhone 4. The next step is to restore from backup. Create a backup of the device and try restoring from that backup. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support Test after that.
If that doesn't do it, then try restoring to factory and testing. Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
If that works, then you can try restoring your backup again. Until you get the volume to show Ringer and the volume buttons to work, you will continue to have problems.
