Q: My iphone backup 6 disappear from cloud

Hello,

 

An hour ago my iphone made reset by itsefl. when I tried to restore from the cloud i didn't have any bcks available, only from my ipad.

Can anyone help?!

    Are you using the same Apple ID on both devices?

    Thank you for your reply. Yes, i am.

    But it only shows restores from ipad. This week my iphone updated to 9.3.5. I don't know if this is related....Apparently I've lost all my data and I don't understand why...

    So it sounds like you might not have performed the backup via iCloud (seeing as it's not showing unless I'm gravely mistaken), but you backed up via iTunes?

     

    If the backup is gone, or missing for the iPhone, then I'm afraid there is nothing you can do (as far as I know) to retrieve it.

    That's the problem.

    I know that I had some backups from this device on iCloud, but I only see my older device (4s).

    I didn't do any backup via iTunes for the pass time. Isn't there any other way to recover through my device?

    So you do have a backup -- you mentioned from an iPhone 4S?  Is that correct?  If that was the phone you had prior to obtaining the iPhone 6, then it would appear that that is the only backup you have available.
