How can i cancel a order ?

Hi, i ordered an iPhone online as a guest so i wasnt loged in or anything. Now i cant cancel my order because they tell me i need to log in what isnt possible because i bought it as a guest.

Did you order from the online Apple Store? Did you receive an email confirmation? If so, use the order number in the email header to check as follows:


Go to http://www.apple.com

Click the "bag" toward the right shown below.

Then click "Orders" toward the bottom of the pop-up shown above. You will see:

Use the "Single Order Lookup" section on the right to check your order. If it is "Preparing for Shipment", it is too late to cancel it. If it is "Processing Items" or "We've Received Your Order", you may cancel online.
