iTunes

Q: iTunes does not play tv shows

Hi there

I have bought a few tv series but they will not play in iTunes.

It looks like they play (with the little icon on top) but screen is black.

I try to play from iCloud and when that did not work tried to download - got another error and no download

    Sounds like you'll need to update to the latest version of iTunes. Head over to http://www.itunes.com and select the blue DOWNLOAD button on the right.

     

    Once you have iTunes 12.4x, you should see an improvement. If not, also upgrade your Mac OS. The current OS is El Capitan (10.11x) and is available for free in the App store.

    I am already on the latest version of both iTunes and Mac OS so I am afraid it did not do the trick.

    Strange thing is also that some older purchases are working but the most recent ones don't
