outlook 365 email disappearing

I have OS X El Captain. I have exchange email with OUTLOOK 365.

When i search for an email, it shows in the search results. I click on it and move it to a folder then it disappear in a minute or so. I can't get to it anymore. Where are my emails disappearing to?
