If Your iDevice Is Lost Or Stolen

If you activated Find My Phone before it was lost or stolen, you can track it only when it is connected to the Internet by Wi-Fi or cellular. What you cannot do is track your device using a serial number or other identifying number. Neither Apple nor anyone else can find your device. You cannot recover your loss unless you insure your device for such loss. It is not covered by your warranty.

Apple isn't here - this is a user to user technical support forum. However, if your device is not showing up under Devices in the Find My iPhone app for a particular iCloud account, then either the device is signed into Find My iPhone under a different iCloud account, or Find My iPhone is not turned on at all on the device.

Sounds like your ID is no longer signed into Settings>iCloud or FindMyiPhone is not turned on.

Apple will not help without a court order.

Change the passwords for all accounts used on the phone. Contact the police and your carrier
