Downloaded iTunes HD movie wont play correctly

I recently downloaded an HD movie (Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children) to my PC so I could watch it without wearing out my phone's battery life.

However, when I ran the movie through Movies and TV on Windows 10, I saw a bunch of pictures from the movie instead of the actual movie playing (I watched a couple of minutes on my phone, so I know what the opening scene looks like) I aslo noticed it was a file type called an M4V.

When I tried to play it through iTunes, I was informed HD wouldn't work on my computer (although I know that's a lie, since I thought my computer got a new video card), and it would start. I tried accessing the movie from it's main menu, and it still wouldn't play. Can someone help me?
