Apple MusicSee if you can download and run an EtreCheck report.
Click here > https://etrecheck.com
Then click Download.
Then copy and paste the report in your Reply.
That should give us an idea of what's causing the problem.
No personal data is revealed from the report.Otherwise we're flying blind trying to troubleshoot.
