When backing up either my iPhone 6 or my wife's iPhone 5s to my Mac (27" Late 2013) using iTunes 12.4.3.1, the backup hangs during Step 7. The blue bar indicates that the step is 100% complete, but it never transitions to step 8 even after leaving it run all night. The sync indicator shows it's still trying to sync. I've restarted iTunes and my Mac but still got the same results.
