In general, you want to do math / science in high school. Being a good communicator will help you in any field.

You should study what interests you the most and get a college degree - without making Apple your "secret goal" - when the time comes, visit http://www.apple.com/jobs/us/index.html > then choose the [Search Jobs] button and narrow your search with the available filtering process there
Apple (and any other company) wants people that are the best they can be in whatever they love to do.
When you know what your passion is, check out the Biographies of Apple Officers in that discipline and learn from their "path to success"
