Q: error message canon printer
Since updating to OS 10.11.6 my life has been an absolute nightmare, countless issues and problems, untold hours trying to get everything to work. My Canon printer worked last week under 10.8, now all I get is an error that reads : Command2CanonIJ quit unexpectedly. have installed & reinstalled the drivers 3x, reset everything, tried everything that Canon support could think of. Canon is telling me it's a computer issue, Apple is telling me the problem is with Canon.
Canon wanted to sell me a new printer without knowing what the problem is, I likely could get a new one and it still doesn't work!
When I do a scan with the printer using scanner software, the printer responds and works perfectly.
Is this familiar to anyone? What else can I do?
