Q: How do I sort in reverse/descending?
I have a few folders with a few files arranged in a very specific way, & then the rest are placed by creation date with the newest stuff on the bottom. Back on 10.8 every now & then finder would go ahead and change some of these folders to "sort by name" on its own accord. I literally did nothing to the sort options (from the start I had "snap to grid as a default for all folders" thats about it). I've been on 10.11 for almost a year now and this ugly behavior has reared its head again. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?
More importantly, it would be a pain to rearrange these huge folders again, the most convenient thing to would be to sort by either "date created" or "date modified" in these folders, the problem is those options only do by ascending & I'm used to having my most recent files on the bottom, not the top.
So does anyone know how to reverse the sort orders?
