How to merge sheets with formula

I have a complex tracker with many sheets and cells having formula, with references to other sheets. Now, everyday I need to give this numbers file to multiple different team members, so that each one can update their respective sheets and send back to me. I am wondering what is the best strategy to merge updated versions of individual sheets into master numbers file.


If I simply copy the updated individual sheets and paste them in the master file one by one, they get new names (with a -1 added), and as soon as I delete the original outdated sheet, references from that sheet goes for a toss and get updated as #REF. Obviously, those messed up references do not come back even if I rename the newly copied file is renamed to original name.


Hope this is self explanatory. If not, I can explain the problem in a detailed manner. Please let me know a good solution for this. Thanks in advance.
