Q: item not availible

after having problems with synchronisation -itunes and iphone- that problem was finally resolved but now i got a new problem, all the music i had on my phone turned out to grey, i can't listen to some of them and when i try i got a message saying "item not availble", should i delete all the music and send it again from my itunes as i have them all there or ..?
