i dont have a cable and i am so confused! please help me my phone says itunes and a picctures of a cable. i looked up what to do and this came up apple.com/iphone/restore i dont have a cable!

iPhone 6 Plus, updated ios10 said itunes then plug

How do you charge your iPhone? The cable you need is the one you use to charge it but with the small cube that plugs into the wall removed from that end.
