Just purchased my first apple TV yesterday and had to return it because it died. My new one will not connect easily to app store and when it does it bumps you out. I am TOTALLY frustrated with this purchase. Any suggestions?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.1.1, Email won't load on new phone
