The NDA prohibits you from discussing software beta issues here or anywhere else. The two documents above describe how to submit problem reports to Apple.

Or, you can go to the public beta site for help if the two links do not answer your question. You were provided information when you signed up, and signed an NDA saying you would not discuss the beta on public sites.
