Q: Refund on an in-purchase, of item I never received.

Hello Apple users,

 

My question is, am I able to receive a refund for an in-App purchase I made for Meez coins and cash? I successfully received the receipt, but never received the items, but the app I purchased it on said the purchase was successful and then gave me a "error: purchase couldnt be completed". If the purchase wasn't completed why was the money still taken out of my account? Apple said that the woild refund of the two purchases I made. It has yet to be refunded back to my account. I made the purchase on my iPhone 5s, my phone is up to date with the iOS 9.3.5. Any feedback woild be helpful. Thank you!

    How long ago did iTunes Support say that you would be refunded ? If using an account's balance it might take a few days, if using a credit card it could take a week to ten days - if it's been longer than that try contacting them again, and include your case number(s)

    Well right after I posted this, my refund for the $0.99 came through. I think I'll just take that I lost $4.99 somewhere. Thank you for the helpful response.
