I am using a 4th Generation Apple TV and misplaced my Touch remote. Luckily I have the older silver remote and was able to setup the system. I found the Apple TV Remote App and everything works except for scrolling. I tried the older version of the iTunes Remote App and the scrolling works perfectly. I'm thinking its a software issue.
