Q: In PHOTOS the exports of slideshows do not work together with the chosen music

In El Capitan PHOTOS

I can choose music of my iTunes-library and add it to my slideshows,

but then my PHOTOS-slideshows do not export together with the chosen music:

only the photos will export as a slideshow but without the chosen library-music.

 

What can I do to solve this problem?

How are you exporting the slideshow? Did you create a slideshow project with "File > New Slideshow" and then use the Export button in the toolbar to export the slideshow?  Or did you use an instant slideshow by playing an album as a slideshow.

    the right path to export my PHOTOS-'slideshow with music' is:

    PHOTOS > right-click at the 'video/slideshow+music' > top-menue-bar: View > Projects > top-menu-bar: File > Export > Slideshow

    You're welcome, jona li.

     

    I like to navigate my Photos Library from the sidebar (use option-command-S  to reveal the sidebar ⌥⌘S ) instead of switching between the different views.

     

    The sidebar will give you a comprehensive view of the library and you can drag and drop between items.  You can simply select the slideshow project in the sidebar and press the export button in the toolbar. The advantage of using the sidebar is that you can directly drag from albums or moments to your slideshow project or other projects.
