Q: Hi, i need help.

I worked system recovery on iphon 4s and when i am done iphone requires activation via unknown icloud "t.....@icloud.com. My icloud was active before I started working system recovery on itools. Perhaps accidentally took some icloud from backup on PC. Plesa help me. Thank you!

If the iPhone is locked with an unknown apple ID & password iphone cannot be used
You had it from new & have proof of purchase .
Apple cannot help you this is to stop
Lost/Stolen iPhones / ipad being used .
