Q: Payment Declined

HI,

 

I placed a pre order for iPhone 7 yesterday and have had a notification from Apple to say my payment was not authorised.

 

I've checked with my bank and they told me that the account is fine and that the authorisation has not actually been presented to them.

 

I then tried to update the order with 2 other payment cards from different banks and they won't authorise either.

 

Any ideas what else to try (can't get through on the phone helpline!)
