It looks like there is an issue with your CPU. Can you try to run the Apple Hardware test?

Thanks for that suggestion but there was no hardware issues. Can you think of anything else?

I ran the apple hardware test suggested by the RiFerrarr above and the results says no trouble found.

"No fault detected" does not mean the same thing as "all is well".

Those messages were written by mathematical thinkers, and all that message says is that the diagnostic did not find anything. That happens a slot, even when there are Hardware problems. Processor cooperation problems can be very difficult to isolate.

If you have an Apple Store available to you, your appointment for an evaluation is free, regardless of your warranty status. If not available to you, a visit to your Apple Authorized Service Provider would be money well spent. Both have more recent and more thorough diagnostics available.

I would first get rid of that PACE file: com.paceap.kext.pacesupport.snowleopard 5.9.1.

That file is known rootkit, and although it's associated with anti-piracy software, I have seen it do some pretty strange things. The most recent thing I saw it do was prevent someone from being able to shut down their computer from the  menu. If removing that does not resolve the issue, I would try the following things:

Try to boot into a known good operating system. If you can get the machine to kernel panic in a known good operating system, then that rules out a software issue.

Obviously, the only thing that would leave is a hardware issue. Kernel panics are typically related primarily to the logic board, but they can occasionally be related to your RAM. An issue with the RAM is usually more glaring than a logic board issue. An issue with your RAM will usually trigger "RAM beeps" which are error tones, typically in groups of three, when you attempt to start up the machine.

    Good luck!
