Not log in to Game center in apple 5S.

could not log into game center of apple 5s model me298c/a(version IOS 9.3.5).and i could not enter to this at least one time.i could go only nickname menu and that is max far i have be gone.always return back to game center registration menu when i try.please help me.and i will appreciate that.
