99.9% Books are not available in Pakistani iBooks store

PLease help we are medical students we tried to find the electronic books in iBooks store in pakistani iBooks store but not find a single one to download and also there is no usmle step books available I contact with apple but to that time there is nothing to download please help usmle books are very good to study please make these availbe to ibook store in pakistani ibook alse there is no restrictions to make it available in pakistani app store please apple come on
