iTunes Match wont renew

I have 40 euro's on my Apple ID / iTunes account. But I get emails from apple telling me that "there was a problem with your payment details". When I manually renew via iTunes, it asks me for my password and to confirm that I wan't to pay 24,99 a year, when I provide those nothing happens.
