Hi
The following steps may help:
- If you have not yet done so, update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest software, starting with your iPhone:
- Check the Time setting on your watch:
- When viewing the time on the watch face, go to the Home screen (via a single press of the Digital Crown) > Settings (cog icon) > Time.
- If this setting shows +59 min (or anything else besides +0 min), tap on it and adjust it back to +0 min (turn the Digital Crown, then tap on Set).
- Check the time setting on your iPhone:
- Go to Settings > General > Date & Time > turn on Set Automatically.
- Check that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your iPhone:
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth and Settings > Wi-Fi (or use Control Centre).
- Check that your watch is connected to your iPhone via Bluetooth:
- When viewing the time on your watch face, swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen > then swipe left / right to the Settings Glance, which will state either Connected or Disconnected.
- Connected and a green phone symbol at the upper-right corner shows that watch is connected to your iPhone via Bluetooth.
- Restart both your iPhone and your watch:
- Turn both devices off together, then restart your iPhone first;
- Unpair and re-pair your watch:
- The Watch app on your iPhone takes a backup of your watch automatically when unpairing via the app. Choose to Restore from Backup during set up. Most data and settings will be restored, with some exceptions (eg Apple Pay cards, passcode).
- Unpair your Apple Watch and iPhone - Apple Support
- Set up your Apple Watch - Apple Support
