AppleCare+ can be purchased within 60 days of the original purchase date of your iPhone.
Inspection or a diagnostic are required.

1. If Apple offers AppleCare+ for iPhones in your country, it must be bought within 60 days of the iPhone. A country where Apple still sells regular AppleCare for them has a limit of one year.
