Sep 10, 2016 7:31 AM in response to Naomij94by Demo,★HelpfulDid you update through iTunes? If so, you have to sync the apps back to the phone. If you updated over WiFi, you have to download them again from iCloud. Did you go to the App Store purchased tab and look for the apps to download?

Sep 10, 2016 7:33 AM in response to Demoby Naomij94,when I go to the purchased ones in my App Store it shows they're like fixing to download but they won't start downloading, does that make sense?

Sep 10, 2016 9:54 AM in response to Naomij94by Demo,Yes, that makes sense. Here are several things that you can try.
First, restart your phone and then try to download the apps again.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If that doesn't work, turn Airplane Mode on. Settings>Airplane Mode>On. That will disconnect you from WiFi. Restart the phone, turn Airplane mode off in the settings and then try again.
If that doesn't work, try a forced restart. No data is lost with this procedure. Hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen. After the phone starts up, try again.
If that doesn't work, try deleting the apps (assuming that they appear in the settings) and then try again. Settings>General>Storage & iCloud Usage>Storage>Manage Storage. Let the list of app load. Find the app that will not download, tap on it and then delete it in the next screen.

Sep 10, 2016 11:42 AM in response to Demoby mgrider2,Having the exact same issue with 13 apps since updating to IOS 10.1 friday. I have tried all options on the net that i can find including the ones you just mentioned. Nothing works. Can't delete off the phone or through itunes. There is no "x" to delete, and it does not show up in the apps list. When i go the the purchased section on the app store, it shows the stop button. If you hit it, nothing happens.
